Jerrica Warren is our guest writer with a brilliant focus on the society, culture, and history of the Bay Islands.

Jericca is born and raised in Roatán and a direct descendant of Samuel Warren, one of the first two settlers of Utila, whose pioneering spirit shaped the island’s early community. Growing up immersed in the unique blend of cultures, languages, and traditions that define Roatán. She shares unique and authentic stories, highlighting the history, diverse heritage, and everyday life of Roatán, Utila, and Guanaja. Through storytelling, she aims to preserve and celebrate the richness of the Bay Islands.
